User Agreement
1. Agency Services
Our company provides services for the preparation and submission of documents for obtaining a visa to Indonesia. We assist in collecting, verifying, and submitting documents to the Immigration Office of Indonesia.
2. Responsibility for Decision-Making
The final decision on visa issuance is made solely by the Immigration Office of Indonesia. We cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa and are not responsible for any visa denial, processing delays, or other actions by the immigration authorities.
3. Processing Times
The average processing time for submitted documents is 5-7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. The Indonesian Immigration Office reserves the right to extend the processing time or deny the visa application without providing reasons.
4. Visa Denial
In the event of a visa denial, the agency service fee is non-refundable, as the service for document preparation and submission is considered fully rendered.
5. Rights and Obligations
The user agrees to provide accurate information and documents for the visa application. Our agency agrees to use all received data exclusively for the purpose of visa processing and not to share it with third parties, except as required by law.
6. Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to make changes to this user agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
